Disruptive school students have a negative influence on others. Students who are noisy and disobedient should be grouped together and taught separately.

Advantages
1. influence on normal students will be decreased
2. special care can be given to those naughty ones
3. protect them to become aggressive

Disadvantages
1. Disruptive students should learn from normal students
2. Students mind will
3. Good ones will learn how to cope with them

Classroom consists different varieties of pupils such as good mannered students, shy students, naughty students and so on. However, among those types of pupils, noisy ones are very hard to cope and reduce other school children's learning process by distracting. There are growing concerns about improving learning environment by isolating bad students from others to instruct under special supervision. However, disuniting may not improve situation. Mostly those who labeled as “bad influence” are not actually degrading students performance. So, I disagree “separation” with following reasons.

Maybe isolation is good for China, for instance, since China has one child rule thus most of the children raised becoming stubborn. Thus, parents send their spoiled children into special supervised camp school to learn common behavior. However, being treated this way might lead them to think they have some disability. Mentality could affect their entire life where they could become self-distrust and furthermore grow up aggressive.

Another thought is that problematic children should learn from others as well as good students also learn how to cope with different personalities. When coupled with excellent student, children who has issue can improve their behavior as well as performance. For example, there was one boy who is very naughty and teacher instructed him to sit with my friend. She helped him to understand mathematics and in the end of the semester he got C+.

To put it briefly, do not make decision from just one point of view. There is no denying that separating students from friends and familiar environment may bring certain advantages. However, I am afraid that some potential consequences might arise according to the decision.

Is freedom of speech is necessary in free society?

Nowadays, most of the countries become democratic and in democratic society people express their opinion openly. People say this is our right as a citizen. However, i personally believe that when person reaches certain age or when they had formed socially then freedom of speech should be allowed.

Expressing own thought does not mean to shout out whatever comes in mind. This is also written in human rights act which explains "One person's freedom is limited by others right". Therefore, before saying something that might hurt someone's feeling, better to think carefully. In Mongolia, we say "It is easier to catch lost horse than lost words" which expresses once you say something it is not possible to take back. Also, there are another tale about one boy used to shout "Tiger is coming" just to annoy other neighbors. When actual tiger came, no one was aware of the situation.

When we were young, we used to say everything to our parents. Since world was full of new things and situations this behavior is acceptable. However, when individual reacher certain age, society expects some civility. In other words, you should be responsible of your speech because your thought might influence others. Some speech has powerful motivation on society. For instance, Mongolian president Elbegdorj Tsakhia's speech about "Move? or Stay?" motivates most of the Mongolian citizens and costs him to win presidential election.

Overall, it is okay to express your opinion in public since it is part of free society. However, please realize that your words may equal to thousands of bullets.
